How we earn trust

Editorial policy

Clear definitions require clear standards. Our work separates category arguments from independently verifiable facts.

Independence: Coverage is written for readers, not to make a predetermined vendor win. Commercial relationships will not determine conclusions.

Sourcing: External factual claims should be supported by primary or authoritative sources. Proposed frameworks and editorial interpretations are labeled as such.

Corrections: Material errors will be corrected promptly, with a visible note when the change affects the substance of an article.

Research: Findings will not be published without a documented methodology, defined sample, limitations, and source notes. We do not invent benchmark data.

Vendor treatment: Directory inclusion will use published criteria. V1 has no scores, paid rankings, or commercial placement.

AI in the workflow: AI tools may support research organization, drafting, and quality checks. Editors remain responsible for verification, judgment, sourcing, and final publication.
